1. Pre-Order Agreement By purchasing, you acknowledge this is a pre-order. Payment is collected at checkout, and fulfillment will not begin until April 2026.

2. Refund Policy Refunds are strictly limited. A refund will only be issued if the product is not delivered by April 30, 2026.

3. Return Policy Returns are only accepted for broken or damaged items. You must provide photo proof of damage within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or return.

4. Shipping & Delivery We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Shipping begins in April 2026.

5. Product Use Tw!st Mascara is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for adverse reactions.

6. Modifications We reserve the right to update these terms or product pricing at any time without prior notice.
