Refund policy

Refund Policy Refunds are issued only if your order is not delivered by April 30th, 2026. After this date, you may request a full refund if your package has not arrived.

Return Policy Returns are accepted only if the product arrives physically broken or damaged. To be eligible for a return:

• You must provide photo evidence of the damage.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exclusions We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, skin sensitivity, or delayed shipping prior to the April deadline.
